Clayton Lazenby

Clayton Lazenby is Chief Financial Officer and one of the Founders of the Company. He is responsible for 4C’s overall financial strategy and direction as well as human resources, risk management, accounting, and legal. Mr. Lazenby has over 30 years of experience as a CFO. He was previously the CFO of an auto parts distribution company for 20 years, after which he started into the IT startup world with stints as CFO of InteliTap, LLC and BridgeGate International. Mr. Lazenby has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 35 years.
